Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and OfferLink for using our service. We have kept them short and plain.

Who we are

OfferLink is operated by Jakub Szwajka, a sole trader (JDG) in Poland, trading as OfferLink (ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 34 lok. 13, 50-254 Wrocław · NIP 8982277864). Contact: hello@offerlink.me.

What OfferLink is

A hosted tool that gives your business one link to collect quote requests — with details and photos — and to send quotes back. You use it as a business (an “Operator”).

Using the service

• You need to be able to enter into a contract and to use OfferLink for your business.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service lawfully. Do not upload unlawful content or use OfferLink to break the law.
• Your customers’ data is yours. When your customers submit requests, you are their data controller — you are responsible for having a reason to collect their data and for telling them how you use it. We handle that data only as your processor, on your instructions, under our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. The Data Processing Agreement is concluded between you (as controller) and us (as processor) when you create your account or accept these terms, whichever happens first.

Price

OfferLink is free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge applies, and you can stop using the service if you do not want to pay.

OfferLink does not currently process end-customer payments. If you send a quote to a customer, you arrange payment for your own service directly with that customer and outside OfferLink.

Early access — “as is”

OfferLink is early-stage. We provide it with reasonable care but “as is”: we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.

Our liability

To the maximum extent Polish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. We remain fully liable for intentional harm, for gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be limited by law (for example, harm to life or health). For any liability that can be limited, it is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months or PLN 2,000.

If you are a one-person business (JDG): where this contract is not part of what you professionally do, Polish law may treat you like a consumer. In that case the tougher limits above may not fully apply to you — your statutory rights come first.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using OfferLink and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will give reasonable notice of important changes. If you are covered by consumer-type protection, important changes apply to you only if you accept them.

Law and language

These terms are governed by Polish law. They are provided in Polish and English; for users resident in Poland, the Polish version prevails. Questions: hello@offerlink.me.
